Watching the Olympic games feels a little like watching the world prepare for some very inefficient Medieval war (discus, shot put, pole vaulting, fencing, etc.). I think this might be the format everyone really wants:

DALLE Prompt: Please show me an image of a battle scene between two countries (the US and France). This is no ordinary battle — the scene is fought entirely by Olympic athletes who weaponize their respective sports. Discuses and shot put balls are used as artillery and defended against by skeet shooters, who try to shoot them out of the air like missile defense batteries. Archers act as, well, archers and javelins are thrown like spears. Fencers battle each other with razor sharp epees. Pursuit cyclists carry jousting spears in small groups at high speed on their high-tech cycles with aerodynamic helmets and reflective visors. Naval forces made of crew teams and surfers row or glide in the water while water polo teams pelt them with volleyballs. The perspective of the image resembles “The Battle of Gettysburg” by Paul Philippoteaux with a similar cycloramic style, and a viewing angle that is slightly overhead but not so much so that detail cannot be seen. The image should be epic in scale, silly and unsettling.
